Trivial pursuit
Geschrieben von: Morgenstern
I fight the fight, which others fought
As always there’s no end in sight
I seek the truth, which others sought
From daylight until deep at night
What makes a life, what makes a man?
Is all this it, I’m wondering
Money and love, an ancient scam
And surely not worth pondering
Knowing it’s pointless, I reach out
To others, feeling this way, to you
We twist on strings, sometimes we shout
To no avail, but this I knew.
